You’ll need expertise in React hooks, state management (Redux, MobX), TypeScript, and performance optimization techniques like lazy loading and code splitting. This role involves close collaboration with UX/UI designers and backend teams, so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a must.If you're proactive, can mentor junior developers, and are available until 12 PM CST / 1 PM EST, we’d love to hear from you!

As Senior Frontend Developer you are responsible for:

• Communicate complex concepts verbally in English.
• Respect deadlines and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Write clean, secure, and robust code to implement the desired requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to improving the overall development workflow.
• Always test your code.
• Assess new technologies and trends correctly.
• Complete various project-related tasks and/or assign them to project members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience working for at least 2 different companies using React.
• Proficiency with React hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, MobX), and component lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of ES6+ features and TypeScript for type safety in large applications.
• Proven ability to collaborate directly with UX/UI designers using wireframes.
• Experience optimizing React applications for performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, and optimizing render cycles.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress to ensure code quality.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and ability to integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to break down user stories and accurately estimate work.
• Must be available and online until 12 PM CST / 1 PM EST.
• Fluent in English.
